Adipotide, also known as FTPP, is an experimental weight loss treatment that kills fat cells by targeting the blood supply of those cells.

AICAR is an analogue of adenosine monophosphate. It has been used clinically to protect against cardiac ischemia following heart attack. AICAR has antioxidant properties and may therefore help to slow the physiologic signs of aging. There is ongoing research into the use of AICAR to mediate the effects of diabetes, auto-immune diseases, and other inflammatory conditions.

B7-33 exibits potent anti-fibrotic effects. It is under active research and investigation as a means of reducing fibrosis in acute and chronic diseases like heart failure, lung inflammation, kidney and more. Follistatin-344 is a full-sized synthetic analogue of naturally occurring Follistatin. It neutralizes the effects of myostatin, activin, and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). In animal studies, these actions lead to increased muscle mass (both hypertrophy and hyperplasia), reduced scar formation, and inhibited certain inflammatory responses. Follistatin-344 can be altered by the body to produce other variants of Follistatin.

FOXO4-DRI (Retro-Inverso) is a synthetic, slightly modified version of the standard FOXO4 protein. The modification prolongs half-life of the protein and allows it to interfere with normal FOXO4 function. This interference prevents FOXO4 from binding to the p53 protein, a key regulator that normally keeps damaged senescent cells alive.
